Palazzo Firenze Hotel - Naples

I had an amazing time relaxing by the roof top pool, which was surprisingly still open in early October, and enjoying the tasty breakfast every morning. The sun loungers were so comfy, and the lounge area provided a lovely spot to unwind after a busy day. The only thing I missed was a wider variety of dining options beyond simple snacks. I'd definitely recommend bringing in takeout for a cozy night in! 🌞

Had a very pleasant stay here. Stylish hotel in a convenient location close to the main Naples train terminal with easy access to transportation for other parts of the city, the services were great.

The rooms were modern with balcony, the staff were amicable.

The rooftop pool instantly became my favorite spot, an oasis where I soaked up the sun and enjoyed the chill vibes. Breakfast on the rooftop was a good experience, complete with a plentiful spread of fresh fruit and pastries. Especially Giovanni, provided really good local recommendations.

The surrounding area feels a bit dodgy with a lot of litter and some noise at night, which might not sit well with everyone. The Wi-Fi connection in the rooms is spotty at best.

It was a good match for a weekend trip in Naples with a good price-value balance. The breakfast spread was refreshing and kept me fueled for exploring the city. Consider trying the local pastries in the morning.

Spacious room, convenient location, with easy access to the airport just 5 km away, and the helpful staff made for a good stay, complemented by good breakfasts that fueled our city explorations.

The breakfast spread was a total game changer! Fresh fruit salads and local pastries that was just like a love letter to my taste buds. The roof terrace was a good escape, perfect for sipping cool drinks after a day in the sun. The room was super comfy, and I loved the fabulous shower- great!

The location was good except for the people-handy for the station but otherwise horrible! Drug deals round every corner and a very sketchy area! We got to the point where we didn't want to eat out there because it was just so dangerous.

Our room was pretty nice - it had a mini bar, central heating, and a TV, and it was a good size. 📺
